Bengaluru : Abhee Ventures, one of South India’s leading real estate developers, has announced the upcoming launch of “Codename New Dimension”, a 45-acre Scottish-themed residential development located at Gunjur, on the Whitefield – Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru.
Strategically positioned between Whitefield and Sarjapur Road, Gunjur has emerged as a key residential micro-market in East Bengaluru, driven by infrastructure growth, connectivity, and proximity to major employment hubs. The location offers access to the Outer Ring Road IT corridor, Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, and key commercial zones including ITPL and the EPIP corridor.
The development also offers connectivity to key social and infrastructure hubs, including educational institutions, healthcare centres, the suburban rail network, the upcoming Dommasandra Metro Station, the proposed SWIFT City development, and the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road.

Designed in collaboration with London-headquartered architecture firm UHA London and India’s leading design house RSP Architects, the development reflects an international design approach adapted to contemporary urban living. It will include a 3-acre golf-driving range, a man-made lake, extensive green landscapes inspired by Scotland, and four clubhouses spanning over 1.5 lakh sq. ft., planned as centres for recreation, wellness, and community engagement. The township will offer a mix of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4.5 BHK residences across 35-storey towers designed with a focus on space efficiency, ventilation, and functional layouts.
