Bengaluru : Abhee Ventures, one of South India’s leading real estate developers, has announced the upcoming launch of “Codename New Dimension”, a 45-acre Scottish-themed residential development located at Gunjur, on the Whitefield – Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru.
Strategically positioned between Whitefield and Sarjapur Road, Gunjur has emerged as a key residential micro-market in East Bengaluru, driven by infrastructure growth, connectivity, and proximity to major employment hubs. The location offers access to the Outer Ring Road IT corridor, Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, and key commercial zones including ITPL and the EPIP corridor.

The township will offer a mix of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4.5 BHK residences across 35-storey towers designed with a focus on space efficiency, ventilation, and functional layouts.
