360 ONE-Backed Hearzap to Acquire Amplifon India, Expanding Footprint Nearly 2X

New Delhi : Hearzap, India’s fast-growing hearing care providers, today announced an agreement to acquire Amplifon India, marking a significant expansion of its national hearing care network across the country. The agreement for the acquisition has been supported by HEARZAP’s investors, 360 ONE Asset Management, one of India’s leading private equity investors

Amplifon India, part of the global Amplifon group, operates a network of approximately 240 hearing care points of sale across India and is known for its clinical expertise, service quality, and established client trust.

As part of the agreement, HEARZAP will acquire AMPLIFON India’s points of sale, a business generating a topline of around INR 120 crore and supported by nearly 460 service providers. Post acquisition, the combined entity is expected to operate close to 2x, adding up to a total of 430 points of sale across India. With over 1,000 service providers and a topline exceeding INR 230 crore, further strengthening HEARZAP’s leadership position in the hearing care sector.

Amplifon identified Hearzap as the ideal strategic successor for its Indian operations, given its deep-rooted market expertise and the scale necessary to drive the business in the long term. This acquisition marks a pivotal milestone in Hearzap’s growth journey and reflects the increasing momentum toward organised, technology-enabled hearing care in India. By bringing together Hearzap’s expanding platform with Amplifon India’s established presence and clinical expertise, the combined network is expected to create the country’s largest hearing care ecosystems with broader reach, stronger capabilities, and deeper client engagement.

As the integration advances, Hearzap plans to strengthen its presence across key markets, invest further in innovation and talent, and expand access to quality hearing healthcare for millions of Indians. The company aims to target revenues of approximately INR 250 crore by the end of the current financial year, with plans to scale to nearly INR 500 crore by FY2029, Hearzap also expects its network footprint to approach 500 hearing care centres by 2027 underscoring its long-term growth ambitions and commitment to shaping the future of hearing care in India
