Amrit Bhawan Curates a Week of Wellness by the Ganga This Monsoon

New Delhi : Haridwar’s heritage riverside retreat, Amrit Bhawan, will host A Week of Wellness by the Ganga from 25 July to 1 August 2026, inviting guests to experience a quieter, more restorative rhythm of travel. Open to all guests regardless of length of stay, the week-long programme brings together mindful movement, nourishing food, restorative therapies and riverside rituals in a setting designed for unhurried living.

The programme unfolds gently through daily yoga, personalised nutrition consultations with wellness expert Srishti Chatlani, massage therapies, wellness-focused meals, and intimate knowledge sessions on Ayurveda, fermentation, gut health, herbal infusions and everyday wellness. Evenings centre around the property’s private ghat with Ganga Aarti, heritage walks, documentary screenings, sound healing, meditation and Yoga Nidra, encouraging guests to reconnect with both place and self.

“Wellness isn’t something we wanted to package as a retreat or an escape. It already exists in the rhythm of this house, in the river, the slower pace of the day, shared meals and quiet moments by the Ganga. This programme simply creates more opportunities for guests to experience that rhythm with intention,” said Varun Bajaj, Founder & Managing Partner, Ekat Travel & Lodging.

Depending on the length of stay, packages include curated wellness benefits ranging from massage therapies to personalised nutrition consultations. Packages start from ₹14,440 plus GST per night for up to two adults.
