Mumbai : Aries Agro Limited, a top player in the plant nutrition and agricultural inputs sector in India, highlighted its manufacturing expansion, growing distribution network, technology adoption and farmer-centric initiatives at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) convened yesterday.
A key development during the year was the expansion of the company’s manufacturing capabilities with the installation of a new facility equipped with 6,000 MT of manufacturing capacity in Sayakha, Gujarat. This has raised Aries Agro’s total manufacturing capacity to 101,400 MT annually in India. The company also expanded its network of depots to reach 30 locations and strengthened its automated facilities in the Vijayawada and Nashik locations.
The company continued to focus on product innovation and developing advanced solutions for modern agriculture. Aries Agro introduced various products aimed at meeting the changing needs of farmers, including Aries Trillion, Aries Silica, and Agromin Max HD, among others. The company also expanded its agricultural equipment portfolio with solutions such as Aries Suraksha and Aries Trap X and advanced technology of Aries Soil Wrap.
Technology and digital transformation continued to play an important role in Aries Agro’s engagement strategy with farmers. The company implemented several initiatives, including the Aries Everywhere App, GS1 QR-based Track & Trace, AIMS, and digital soil testing and recommendation systems to make agricultural inputs and recommendations more accessible, transparent, and technology-driven.
Aries Agro also continued its engagement with the farming community, reaching 54,948 farmers by conducting over 3,958 farmer meetings in the previous year. These initiatives focused on creating awareness regarding scientific farming practices, balanced plant nutrition, and new agricultural technologies.
As stated in the FY 2025–26 financial report, Aries Agro Limited recorded 17.87% growth in gross revenue to ₹917.64 crore, compared with ₹778.55 crore in the previous financial year. The company’s subsidiaries also reported strong growth, with Mirabelle Agro Manufacturing growing 48.98% and Aries Agro Equipment recording 91.81% growth.
In the coming years, the company would like to focus on automation, backward integration, climate-resilient agricultural solutions, plant protection, and agro equipment. The company is committed to innovating and creating products and solutions to help farmers while contributing to the growth of agriculture in India.
