New Delhi : Ashiana Housing Ltd, India’s leading developer in senior living, has announced the launch of Phase 3 of Ashiana Vatsalya, its premium Active Senior Living project in Chennai. Spread across 17.9 acres, the new phase further expands the company’s senior living offering in the city, building on the strong response received by the earlier phases of the project.
The new phase will offer 168 residential units across 1,2&3BHK configurations, with prices starting from ₹85 lakh and going up to ₹1.69 crore. The development is expected to involve an investment of approximately ₹ 100.41 crore, with construction scheduled for completion by March 2029.

The project has recorded strong sales momentum since the launch of Phase 1 in 2024. The company launched Phase 2 in October 2025. Together, Phase 1 and Phase 2 have sold 367 units to date, generating a sales value of more than ₹ 314 crore. Given this strong demand, the company is now launching Phase 3 of Ashiana Vatsalya.
