BASIC Home Loan Partners with SuperBolter; Targets ₹65,000 Cr Disbursals by FY30

New Delhi: BASIC Home Loan (BASIC), India’s fastest-growing mortgage-focused fintech platform, has announced a strategic partnership with SuperBolter, a fast-growing 3D home design platform, to integrate home loan solutions into the early stages of the home planning journey. The collaboration aims to bring financing closer to the point of decision-making, enabling users to move from visualising their dream homes to securing funds required to build them.

With this partnership, BASIC will embed its home financing solutions within SuperBolter’s platform, allowing users to access home loans at the initial stage of their home-buying and home renovation journey. SuperBolter enables users to design and visualise homes in 3D, experiment with layouts and explore real-time cost estimates. By integrating BASIC’s network of 150+ lending partners into this experience, customers can connect with suitable lenders directly during the design phase. This creates a frictionless, end-to-end solution, removing the need to navigate through multiple platforms, and at the same time benefit both companies through stronger customer engagement and higher conversion rates.

The partnership is anchored in the increasing demand for embedded financial solutions in India. As more consumers make home-buying and renovation decisions online, integrating financing into these digital journeys will improve customer experience. According to industry estimates, India’s embedded finance market is projected to grow from USD 24.03 billion in 2026 to USD 33.69 billion by 2030, reflecting a strong shift toward integrated financial ecosystems.

Initially, the collaboration will focus on first-time homebuyers, buyers of resale and under-construction properties, as well as homeowners planning renovations, including rental-ready upgrades. Geographically, the partnership will cater to Tier-1 cities such as Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune, alongside rapidly growing Tier-2 markets including Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Kochi, Coimbatore, and Visakhapatnam.

Atul Monga, CEO & Co-founder, BASIC Home Loan, said, “This partnership aligns with our long-term vision of strengthening customer experience through strategic digital integrations. By collaborating with SuperBolter platform, we aim to reach customers at earlier, high-intent stages, enabling quicker disbursals and higher customer satisfaction. As we scale our business, this initiative will contribute to our broader growth ambitions, including our target to reach INR 65,000 crores in annual disbursements by FY2030.

Arvind Prakash Singh, Founder & CEO, SuperBolter, added, “At SuperBolter, we believe that designing your home should be as effortless as dreaming it. Our partnership with BASIC Home Loan allows users to fund that dream just as seamlessly. Together, we’re not just visualising homes, we’re enabling them.”

BASIC Home Loan expects the partnership to drive monthly home loan disbursals of ₹10–15 crore over the medium to long term, supported by SuperBolter’s growing user base, which sees over 6,000 new home design projects initiated every month.
