Bengaluru : Brigade Group reported a strong Q1 FY27 performance with real estate sales of ₹ 1,061 Crores, revenue of ₹ 1,179 Crores and EBITDA of ₹ 425 Crores. The Profit Before Tax of 285 Crores, increased by 47% compared with the same period last year. The average realization stood at ₹ 14,256/sft, an increase of 21% over Q1 FY26.
Performance Highlights Q1 FY27
Real Estate segment clocked a revenue of ₹ 707 Crores and achieved an EBITDA of 21% amounting to ₹ 150 Crores, an increase of 45% over Q1 FY26.
Leasing segment revenue stood at ₹ 328 crores from ₹ 300 crores last year Q1, witnessing a growth of 9% YoY in revenue. Premium brand mix, events, brand activations and customer experience led to growth in mall footfalls by 11% Y-o-Y. Retailer sales grew by 35% Y-o-Y led by global brands across fashion, lifestyle, dining & family retail. Brigade launched ~ 4 Mn sft of commercial projects in Bengaluru & Hyderabad during the quarter.
Hospitality segment demonstrated a steady growth despite global challenges. Revenue stood at ₹ 144 Crores, portfolio occupancy at 76% & ARR at ₹ 7,241.

Our annuity businesses across leasing, retail and hospitality continued to be resilient.
