Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan planted almond sapling in Smart Garden today. Fulfilling the resolve of planting saplings every day, the Chief Minister planted the sapling.
A lot of nutrients and minerals are found in almond, which are very beneficial for the body. Such as protein, vitamin-E, calcium, phosphorus etc. are found in high amounts. Eating soaked almonds makes a person’s brain sharp.
