CIEL HR Group, India’s leading integrated HR and workforce solutions company, today announced its financial results for the 1st quarter of FY27 reporting revenue of ~₹566 crore, representing 30.4% year-on-year growth (higher than industry growth rate of 10-15%). EBITDA for Q1’27 is ~₹11 Cr which is 16.3% higher on a y-o-y basis. Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 48% YoY, reflecting continued business momentum across the company’s integrated HR solutions portfolio.
The company delivered a standout cash generation performance in Q1 FY27, recording a positive operating cash flow of ₹21.95 Crore. This represents a substantial sequential increase from ₹8.70 Crore in Q3 FY26 and ₹8.20 Crore in Q4 FY26, highlighting a strong improvement in cash generation. Free cash flow also strengthened significantly to ₹16.91 Crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹3.30 Crore in Q4 FY26 and ₹4.30 Crore in Q3 FY26, reflecting improved cash conversion and disciplined capital deployment.
Furthermore, a dividend payment for FY26 was executed during Q1’27 at ₹0.36 per equity share (18%).
The quarter reflected continued momentum across CIEL’s PeopleOS ecosystem, which integrates technology, AI and deep HR expertise to deliver connected workforce solutions. Continued investments by enterprises in workforce transformation, digital HR and AI adoption drove demand across the company’s solutions portfolio.
