Delhi NCR: Conscient Sports LLP, a part of Conscient Infrastructure Private Limited, has appointed Abhishek Goel as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In his new role, Abhishek will lead the organisation’s next phase of growth, with a focus on strengthening its platform, streamlining systems and processes, and building capabilities aligned with its mid- to long-term strategic plan and execution roadmap. Conscient Sports is a leading grassroots sports organisation in India.
Leadership Experience
Abhishek brings over 23 years of experience across strategy, consulting, business transformation and value creation. He spent more than a decade with McKinsey & Company, where he served as a Senior Expert in Strategy & Corporate Finance, advising senior leadership teams and boards on strategy, growth and value creation. Prior to McKinsey, he worked with PwC, EY, Grant Thornton and Citibank, gaining experience across strategy, financial advisory, valuations, M&A and credit risk management.
A Chartered Accountant and a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, Abhishek combines strategic expertise with a strong commercial and financial orientation. His experience working with businesses and leadership teams across sectors will support Conscient Sports as it strengthens its operating platform and executes its long-term growth strategy.
