The cocktail menu is playful in expression but serious in execution, balancing bold flavours, technique-driven mixology, and ingredient-led experimentation. But beyond the drinks themselves lies the larger idea behind the menu.
The cocktail programme explores the dualism of alcohol behaviour. The shift between who people are in a social room versus who they become once the night turns personal. The first half reflects confidence, chemistry, flirtation, energy, and social chaos. The second half leans into intimacy, impulsiveness, tension, and after-hours behaviour. This duality comes alive through cocktails like The Dealer’s Choice, Yes I Know My Way, The Long Black, Almost There, Fake Orgasm, and Another Round – playful, provocative, instantly relatable, and rooted in real nightlife culture.
The idea is simple: Playful on the surface. Serious behind the bar.
Complementing the cocktails is an extensive menu curated by Chef Saurav Bhatnagar, built around globally inspired, shareable food designed to keep pace with the drinks. The menu moves comfortably across sushi and raw plates, bar tapas, gyozas, bowls, grilled mains, and comfort-led larger plates, making it equally suited for quick bites, long dinners, or full-table ordering.
The space itself plays a huge role in shaping the experience. The outdoor section feels warm, open, and relaxed, ideal for daytime dining, sunsets, and early evening cocktails. Inside, the energy shifts completely. Red-lit interiors, a long central bar, music-led energy, visible mixology, water features, an open kitchen, and a live sushi counter create a moodier, more immersive environment designed for nights that slowly spiral into “one more round.”
