Haflong : Demanding CBI enquiry on Assam Police SI Exam Scam and resignation of Chief Minister Sorbananda Sonowal and Himanta Biswas Sarma the Dima Hasao District Congress Committee organised a SP Office gherao programme today at Haflong.
Shouting slogans like ‘BJP go Back, go back’, we want CBI enquiry etc. etc. the members of DCC took out procession from Rajiv Bhawan marched through Haflong reached the office of the Superintendent of Police, Dima Hasao but was stopped by closing the main gate. In-front the gate, all the protesters shouted slocgans demanding CBI enquiry etc then they again converged at the Rajib Bhwan.
The procession was participated by Member, Autonomous Council, Daniel Langthasa, Kalijay Sengyung, Mayanan Kemprai etc.
