Pune : Envalior India Pvt. Ltd., a global materials company specializing in high-performance engineering materials, is set to inaugurate the Envalior Centre of Excellence (CoE) in EV Technology on August 5, 2026, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. Established at Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Polytechnic (MM Polytechnic), Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, and implemented by BroadArks Foundation, the Centre has been designed to equip students with practical skills in emerging electric vehicle technologies while helping bridge the gap between industry requirements and technical education.
The Envalior Centre of Excellence will train approximately 250 learners annually through a structured Level 4 Certificate in EV Service, Safety & Maintenance and Level 5 Advanced Certificate in EV Diagnostics & Systems programs. Aligned with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) and supported by CII industry certification, the programs are designed for ITI and Polytechnic students from Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science and allied disciplines, preparing them for careers across India’s rapidly growing electric mobility sector.
The curriculum combines classroom instruction with extensive laboratory-based learning, enabling students to gain hands-on experience in EV architecture, battery systems, charging infrastructure, diagnostics, workshop safety and maintenance practices. Learners enrolled in the Level 4 program will build foundational capabilities in EV servicing and maintenance, while the advanced Level 5 program will cover battery management systems, thermal management, power electronics, high-voltage safety and advanced diagnostics. Practical assessments, industry exposure, and capstone projects will further strengthen job readiness.

The event will mark the formal launch of the Centre and reinforce Envalior’s commitment to fostering industry-academia collaboration for future-ready technical education.
The Centre has also been envisioned as a long-term platform for strengthening EV education by supporting modern laboratory infrastructure and trainer development, creating an environment where future cohorts of learners can continue to build industry-relevant technical competencies.
