ICCPL Foundation Strengthens Community Bonds Through Visit to ANGAN Old Age Home Under ‘Rahat with ICCPL’ Initiative

At a time when loneliness and social isolation are emerging as significant challenges for the elderly, ICCPL Foundation continues to champion initiatives that foster care, dignity, and human connection. As part of its flagship CSR campaign, Rahat with ICCPL, the Foundation visited ANGAN Old Age Home in Noida, bringing together residents and volunteers for a day centred on companionship, conversations, and community bonding.

The initiative engaged 55 elderly residents of the home, creating opportunities for meaningful interaction and shared experiences. Through the visit, the Foundation sought to reinforce a simple yet powerful message: every individual deserves to feel valued, heard, and cared for, irrespective of age.

As part of the initiative, the Foundation also donated essential grocery items and daily-use supplies to support the home and contribute towards the comfort and well-being of its residents. The ICCPL Foundation team spent quality time with the senior citizens, listening to their stories, sharing experiences, and creating moments of joy and togetherness. The visit proved to be an enriching and emotional experience for both the residents and the volunteers.

Ambika Saxena, CEO of ICCPL Foundation, said, “At ICCPL Foundation, our vision is to build a more compassionate and inclusive society where every individual, regardless of age or circumstance, feels valued, supported, and empowered. Through our initiatives, we aim to create meaningful social impact by addressing both tangible needs and emotional well-being. Our visit to ANGAN Old Age Home reflects this commitment. Spending time with the residents, listening to their stories, and sharing moments of joy reminded us that care and human connection are among the most powerful forms of support. Through ‘Rahat with ICCPL’, we will continue to work towards fostering dignity, inclusion, and stronger community bonds across all sections of society.”

What makes this initiative particularly special is its continuity. ICCPL Foundation has been visiting ANGAN Old Age Home consistently for the past two years, making it a cherished annual engagement. Over time, these visits have evolved into meaningful relationships, creating lasting memories and strengthening the bond between the Foundation and the residents.

ICCPL Foundation has been actively working for the past Four years to support underprivileged and vulnerable sections of society through a wide range of community-focused initiatives. Under its flagship campaign, Rahat with ICCPL, the Foundation has undertaken several impactful programmes including educational support drives for underprivileged children, blanket distribution campaigns during winters, food and ration distribution drives, menstrual hygiene awareness initiatives, support programmes for acid attack survivors, clothing donation campaigns, community outreach activities, and special celebrations with children from underserved communities. Through these sustained efforts, ICCPL Foundation continues to promote dignity, inclusion, compassion, and social empowerment while creating meaningful and lasting impact across communities.
