IPO-bound ArMee Infotech Successfully Completes ₹83.69 crore ICT Lab Project Across 956 Bihar Govt Schools

Ahmedabad : ArMee Infotech Limited, an integrated technology and energy solutions Company, announced the successful completion of a prestigious work order worth ₹83.69 crore awarded by Bihar Education Project Council, (BEPC), Government of Bihar. Awarded under the Bihar government’s flagship education initiative Samagra Shiksha 2025-26, the project involved the end-to-end supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of ICT Labs in selected 956 Government Secondary/Senior Secondary Schools of Bihar. The Company has completed the supply of ICT Labs infra in March 2026.

The Samagra Shiksha 2025-26 project initiated by Bihar Government aims to bridge the digital divide and promote digital literacy by establishing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Labs across 956 selected Government Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools in the state.

Under the scope of the project, for each school lab, ArMee Infotech supplied 8 Desktops, 1 Printer, 1 UPS, 8 Headsets, 9 Tables, 24 Chairs, and 1 Networking Component apart from electrification with network configuration inside the lab. The Company has also provided 4G internet connectivity and consumables such as printer cartridges and 12 bundles of A4 sheets for a period of 12 months.

Furthermore, the Company has conducted training for the school teachers after the lab installations, and has taken up the responsibility for the maintenance of all hardware, software, and peripherals in proper working condition throughout the contract period.

ArMee Infotech Limited is an IT infrastructure and IT managed services Company, which has ventured into the retail sales space through Experience Zones engaged in the sale of IT, consumer electronics, and gaming and merchandise products, and has recently commenced operations in the renewable energy sector, including engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) of solar power projects and development of solar power projects under power purchase agreements (“PPAs”).

The Company has received formal approval for its Initial Public Opening from Securities and Exchange Board of India in February 2026 and plans to raise ₹300 crore from the issue. Khandwala Securities Limited and Saffron Capital Advisors Private Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers and Cameo Corporate Services Limited is the Registrar to the issue.

According to the DRHP, the Company intends to utilize ₹155 crore of net IPO proceeds towards expansion of business by procuring new Government/PSU projects, ₹60 crore for funding its working capital requirements, and ₹7.5 crore for the prepayment or repayment of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the Company. ArMee Infotech Limited plans to use the remaining capital for General Corporate Purposes.
