Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Chapter of Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO), one of India’s most dynamic and forward-thinking chapters, proudly hosted the Curtain Raiser for JITO Connect 2025, the flagship national summit that unites top entrepreneurs, innovators, policymakers, and changemakers on a single platform. The evening marked the hosting of a colourful Fashion Show followed by the launch of ‘Bridal Story.’
Slated to take place from 3rd to 5th October 2025 at HITEX & HICC, Hyderabad, JITO Connect 2025 will be the biggest edition yet, spread across over 8 lakh sq. ft., with over 1,000 business stalls and an anticipated footfall exceeding 2 lakh. The event will feature over 50,000 changemakers, global speaker sessions, startup showcases, networking forums, and cultural experiences.
The Curtain Raiser witnessed the formal unveiling of the event blueprint in the august presence of JITO Apex leadership of Shri Prithviraj S. Kothari, Chairman; Shri Vijay Bhandari, President and Shri Lalit Kumar Dangi, Secretary General; accompanied by vertical heads, zonal dignitaries, and decision-makers from chapters across India.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Prithviraj S. Kothari, Chairman, JITO Apex; said, JITO Connect 2025, the flagship event of Jain International Trade Organisation, is proudly being hosted in Hyderabad, chosen over top metros like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata. The event aims to extend the reach of JITO’s impactful initiatives to the people. Some of the key in the pipeline are the launch of the JITO Forum for youth, JITO Premier League (JPL) modelled after IPL, during the JITO Connect 2025 and a preview of the World Jain Economic Forum, set for a grand launch in Dubai this December. Recognizing the community’s lack of political influence despite significant contributions, JITO is also proposing the formation of a Jain Welfare Board to voice collective concerns, especially around minority status benefits. JITO Connect 2025 marks a bold step towards uniting, empowering, and elevating the Jain community nationally and globally.
Vijay Bhandari, President, JITO Apex; said, JITO Connect is the Mahakumbh of JITO. When I was Chairman in 2016, the strength of JITO was 12000, but today the membership is around 50000. JITO Connect 2025, at Hyderabad, is all set to create history.
