Bengaluru : The Right Life by MANA Skanda, a 100+ acre integrated township off the Whitefield–Sarjapur Road corridor, has launched Beach Province, a 17-acre residential development centred on a 3.5-acre beach and lagoon. The project will offer 1, 2 and 3 BHK residences, 80% open spaces and a 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. It has an estimated Gross Development Value of ₹3,657 crore.
Beach Province is designed around leisure-led living, with the beach and lagoon intended to function as a central recreational space for residents rather than a standalone amenity.

The 3.5-acre beach and lagoon will feature golden sand, turquoise water and gently sloping shores, with separate shallow and deeper sections for swimming, play and relaxation. Planned facilities include beach volleyball courts, cabanas, lounges and a Goa-inspired beach-shack setting, creating a vacation-like environment within the development.
The development will also include landscaped outdoor areas such as a coastal dune garden, fragrance trail, reflection garden, pet park, children’s adventure play area and dedicated senior-citizen spaces. These spaces are intended to support outdoor recreation, relaxation and community interaction across age groups.

The 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse will include a café, restaurant, gym, badminton and squash courts, yoga and dance rooms, an art room, table tennis, a salon and co-working spaces.
