Bengaluru: Maverick & Farmer Coffee – the homegrown, farm-to-cup artisanal coffee brand – is bringing back its Coffee Mixology Experience for its fifth edition this International Coffee Day, inviting coffee enthusiasts to step behind the bar and create their own coffee beverage. The two-day experience, taking place on 3rd October at Ulsoor and 4th October at Kothanur, will explore specialty coffee through flavour experimentation, hands-on participation and barista-led brewing.
Guests can explore a curated selection of coffee bases, secondary flavours, textures and garnishes to build their own beverage. They can start with a choice of espresso, 18-hour cold brew, 48-hour cold brew or cascara, before adding one or two secondary flavours from a selection of fruit, floral and shrub-based mixers. They can then add an optional texture, choose how their drink is mixed — shaken, stirred or layered — and finish it with a garnish such as sun-dried orange, pineapple, mint or rosemary. With guidance from Maverick & Farmer’s baristas, participants will bring their combinations to life and create a coffee beverage tailored to their palate.
The experience will also invite participants to name their creations and share the stories behind them, with the most creative and well-balanced beverages receiving curated goodies. The session is designed to encourage experimentation while offering a more hands-on way to explore coffee and its many flavour possibilities.
With such events, Maverick & Farmer continues to build experiences that bring the coffee community together while offering new ways to explore and enjoy coffee.
