Kerala government moves Supreme Court against the order of High Court of Kerala regarding the fee regulation in Self financing colleges for 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19
In the plea the state government says the High order will adversely affect future of the students. The High Court had set aside the orders of the fee regulation committee for professional courses fixing the fee structure of MBBS courses of self financing colleges in the state.
The government also said that unaudited documents cannot be considered for fee fixation. The plea filed by the standing counsel G Prakash will be considered by August
