MDI Gurgaon Concludes the 29th Edition of Delphique, Its Flagship National Management Convention

Gurugram: MDI Gurgaon successfully hosted the 29th edition of Delphique, its iconic flagship National Management Convention, which attracted the participation of industry leaders, policymakers, innovators, and students over two days of stimulating presentations, contests, and mutual learning. Founded on the principles of the Delphi Technique, Delphique remains a venue where valid views and useful conversations prevail and this year reinforced this concept further.

Held on campus, Delphique 2025 displayed MDI Gurgaon and its effort to maintain an education with high academic excellence, real world relevance, and progressive leadership. The activities consisted of keynote addresses, a high-impact panel discussion, numerous student-run competitions and various cultural showcases.

Reflecting on the event’s success, Dr. Arvind Sahay, Director, MDI Gurgaon, said: “Delphique embodies the spirit of MDI Gurgaon, where ideas are challenged and future leaders are shaped. The focus of the panel discussion entitled “AI, Spirituality, and Leadership” by Dr. Swati Jain (Deloitte), Mr. Vishal Jain (Accenture), and Mr. Vikram Shastry (Black Lotus Technologies). In this discussion, the panelists reviewed the interrelationship between technological possibilities and an individual’s relationship with the universe to create new forms of leadership in today’s global society.

The focus of the panel discussion entitled “The Future of HR Policy Making: AI & Human” by Mr. Navendu Shekhar (India Today Group), and Mr. Vaibhav Chaturvedi (Nestlé). In this discussion, the panelists reviewed how HR policy design is changing at a time when AI is quickly changing employee expectations, organizational cultures, and people-centric decision-making.
