The last two cross-over matches on Tuesday will decide the remaining two quarter-finalists. In the first match, Belgium will take on Pakistan at 4.45 p.m. while the Netherlands will be up against Canada at 7 p.m.
In the Men’s Hockey World Cup 2018 in Bhubaneswar on Monday, England and France booked their places in the quarter-finals. While England sailed past New Zealand 2-0 in the first cross-over match, France beat China 1-0 in the second match.
Quarter-final matches will be played on Wednesday and Thursday. On Wednesday, England will face Olympic champions Argentina in the first quarterfinal while Australia will take on France in the second quarterfinal.
India will take on the winner of the fourth cross-over match between Netherlands and Canada, in their quarter-final on Thursday. Spain, Ireland, South Africa and Malaysia have already been eliminated from the tournament, having finished at the bottom of their respective pools
