This special one-night menu draws on nostalgia with simple, bold flavors. It starts with hot Perogies, tender, pan-fried potato and cheese dumplings topped with sweet caramelized onions and served with cool sour cream. Guests can also enjoy Canada’s classic comfort food, Poutine, with crispy fried potatoes topped with fresh cheese curds and smothered in a thick brown gravy. For dessert, Tori has created a decadent Jameson Whiskey Bacon Chocolate Tart, featuring a dark chocolate base infused with Irish whiskey and topped with smoky, crisp candied bacon.
