Noise Junior Opens Its First-Ever Offline Kiosk at Pacific Mall, Delhi, Bringing an Interactive Retail Experience to Families

New Delhi : Noise Junior, the kids’ technology sub-brand of Noise, has opened its first-ever physical kiosk at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, Delhi, marking a significant step in the brand’s retail expansion and its effort to bring family-focused technology closer to consumers.

The launch marks the first time Noise has established a dedicated physical kiosk for Noise Junior, extending the brand’s digital-first presence into an offline retail environment. The kiosk has been designed keeping Gen Alpha in mind, with a modern, interactive touchscreen experience that makes product exploration more engaging and intuitive. It also offers parents and children an opportunity to explore Noise Junior’s growing range of products and understand how connected technology can support children’s safety, communication and everyday routines. The experience also offers families an opportunity to understand how connected technology can support children’s safety, communication and everyday routines.

Commenting on the launch, Amit Khatri, Co-founder of Noise and Noise Junior, said, “At Noise Junior, our focus has always been on building technology that addresses the evolving needs of children and their families. With our first-ever offline kiosk, we are taking an important step towards bringing this experience closer to consumers. We have envisioned this space as an interactive and engaging environment that resonates with today’s generation of children while allowing parents to explore our products and understand the role technology can play in making everyday experiences more connected, convenient and reassuring. This is also an important milestone in our journey to expand our consumer touchpoints beyond digital platforms.”

As consumer technology brands increasingly explore an omnichannel approach, the kiosk represents a strategic move for Noise Junior to complement its direct-to-consumer (D2C) presence with a physical touchpoint. By allowing families to experience the products in person through an interactive interface, the brand aims to build greater consumer confidence, encourage product discovery and make its technology more accessible to parents evaluating connected devices for their children.

Noise Junior’s growing product ecosystem is designed around the evolving needs of modern families, combining connectivity with safety-focused features. Its smartwatches offer functionalities such as real-time GPS tracking, two-way voice and video calling, geofenced safe zones, SOS alerts, and call whitelisting. Features including Habit Scheduler and Family Chat Hub further support everyday communication and routine-building, while the absence of open internet access is designed to provide a more controlled digital experience for children.

The offline expansion also reflects the growing role of experiential retail in the D2C ecosystem, where physical discovery can complement online reach. With its interactive touchscreen interface and Gen Alpha-inspired design, the kiosk aims to create an engaging product discovery experience for younger consumers while allowing parents to understand product capabilities through hands-on demonstrations. For Noise Junior, this creates an opportunity to engage directly with families and strengthen its presence in a category where trust, usability and product understanding play an important role in purchase decisions.

With its first offline kiosk now operational at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, Noise Junior is taking a step towards building a more accessible and consumer-centric retail experience, bringing its vision of family-focused technology beyond the digital storefront.
