Bengaluru: On the occasion of NPS Diwas 2026, the NPS Van Yatra will be virtually flagged off at 10:00 A.M. on 1st October 2026 by the Hon’ble Finance Minister of India from New Delhi. The Yatra will simultaneously commence from designated locations in four cities in India, including Bengaluru.
In Karnataka, the NPS Van Yatra will be flagged off from the SLBC Office, Bengaluru and will travel across various cities and regions of the State from 1st October to 15th October 2026, spreading awareness about the National Pension System (NPS) and the importance of pension planning for a financially secure future.
The Yatra will reach different sections of society through outreach activities at various urban and rural centres, markets, cooperative institutions, dairy and artisan clusters and other important locations.
Citizens across Karnataka are invited to participate in the NPS Van Yatra in large numbers and be a part of this important awareness initiative. Their participation will help spread the message of pension awareness and encourage more people to plan for a secure financial future.
