Bengaluru : Oasis Fertility, India’s trusted name in reproductive medicine, after successfully completing its tour across the country through the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Gujarat, continues its nationwide fertility awareness movement, Oasis Janani Yatra, in Karnataka with its stop in Bengaluru. This initiative aims to bring fertility awareness, expert guidance, and early screening directly into communities across Tier I, II, and III regions.
The event inauguration was graced by Dr. Triveni, Founder and Medical Director, Noble Multispeciality Hospitals, Jigani; Dr. Uma Shankar, Director, Noble Multispeciality Hospitals, Jigani; Dr. Karthik R, Primary Health Centre (PHC), Jigani; Ms. Fahamidunnisa, Sub-Inspector, Jigani Police Station; Ms. Nanjamma, ASHA Worker Mentor, Taluk Health Office, Anekal; and Ms. Saroja Dinesh, office-bearer, Karnataka Mahila Congress. The dignitaries appreciated Oasis Fertility’s efforts in bringing essential reproductive health education closer to families and strengthening community-level health awareness.
As fertility challenges continue to rise due to lifestyle changes, delayed parenthood, and lack of scientific knowledge, the Oasis Janani Yatra bus provides free fertility consultations, haemoglobin tests, and safe, hygienic sample collection zones, ensuring that couples receive early, accurate, and compassionate guidance. Oasis Janani Yatra will be in Bengaluru till 20th September covering multiple localities taking this awareness and early screening support to more communities.
Ms. Saroja Dinesh, office-bearer, Karnataka Mahila Congress, speaking on the occasion, said, “After journeying across the country to 9 different states, the Oasis Janani Yatra has returned to Karnataka to continue its mission. With the state’s declining total fertility rate (TFR), the only way to combat the fertility crisis is with awareness and accessibility. By reaching out to these communities with science and compassion, the Oasis Janani Yatra empowers families to make the right choices, touching their hearts in the process.”
