BRAINTREE, MA …Peabody Properties, Inc., an affiliate of the Peabody Companies (www.wearepeabody.com), a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, is delighted to announce the winners of the 2026 annual New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA) Poster Contest.
This year, 19 entries were submitted from nine different Peabody properties, with several advancing to NEAHMA for the regional round of judging and five moving on to the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) to take part in the national round.
The annual contest this year with the theme “Shaping Our Future: Building Stronger Communities Together,” was open to children, elderly and special needs residents living in a NAHMA community.
After careful consideration a panel of judges composed of Peabody staff selected the winning entries in each category listed below. Asterisked names indicate those artists whose posters were submitted to NEAHMA for the regional round of judging; the five italicized entries indicate those sent to NAHMA for national judging.
