American-Italian restaurant chain Olive Garden is set to enter the Indian market with the launch of its first outlet at World St. in 4 Worldmark, New Delhi. The brand has partnered with Gourmet Investments Pvt. Ltd. for its India foray, with World St. selected as the location for its maiden opening.
Founded over four decades ago, Olive Garden is globally recognised for its family-style dining format. The India menu will reflect the brand’s American-Italian roots while being adapted to suit local preferences, offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The outlet will feature a combination of indoor and outdoor seating along with Italian-inspired interiors, adding to the experiential dining offering at World St.
World St. is being developed as a dedicated food and beverage district designed to create a destination-led dining experience. Connecting 4, 5 and 6 Worldmark, World St. will feature a curated mix of cafés and restaurants. The district will bring together fine dining venues, bars, leading Indian and international restaurant brands, and select retail offerings, positioning it as a vibrant culinary destination.
World St. at 4 Worldmark forms part of the larger Worldmark at Aerocity, New Delhi, which is being developed as a Global Business District. Located adjacent to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Worldmark is a master-planned mixed-use ecosystem being developed across multiple phases. Worldmark is planned to span over 17 million sq. ft. of premium office and retail space across current and upcoming phases.
Worldmark 1.0, which is operational, offers 1.5 million sq. ft. of premium office and retail space. Worldmark 2.0 is nearing completion and will add approximately 7 million sq. ft. of office and retail space.
