A seasoned hospitality engineering professional with more than 25 years of experience, Anil brings an exceptional blend of operational expertise, technical leadership, and pre-opening excellence to one of Bengaluru’s leading business hotels.
In his new role, Anil will lead the hotel’s engineering and facilities operations, with a strategic focus on asset reliability, preventive maintenance, energy optimisation, sustainability initiatives, regulatory compliance, and guest safety. He will also spearhead initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency while ensuring the hotel continues to deliver world-class experiences through seamless infrastructure management.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Anil has successfully led engineering operations across renowned hospitality brands including Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, The Leela Palace, ITC Hotels, Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Sarovar Hotels, Brigade Group, and Heritage Park Hotel in the Solomon Islands. His experience spans six hotel pre-opening projects, where he played a pivotal role in establishing engineering systems, commissioning critical infrastructure, and building operational excellence from day one.
Widely recognised for implementing proactive engineering strategies, Anil has consistently reduced equipment downtime, improved productivity, delivered significant cost efficiencies, and enhanced the long-term performance of hotel assets. His strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and preventive maintenance has made him a trusted leader in hospitality engineering.
A qualified professional in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Anil is also certified in fire prevention, firefighting, and basic life support. Throughout his career, he has received several recognitions for excellence, including Best Employee of the Year and Best Employee of the Quarter, reflecting his dedication to operational excellence and people leadership.
