Raffles Udaipur announces the appointment of Aditi Nigdikar as Director of Revenue Management. With nearly a decade of experience in hospitality revenue strategy and commercial operations, Aditi brings strong expertise in driving topline growth, market share and profitability across luxury and premium hospitality brands.
Aditi has worked with leading hospitality brands such as Marriott International, where she held several key revenue management positions across Delhi NCR, Central India and Pune. Her expertise includes advanced demand forecasting, luxury brand stewardship, total revenue thinking and stakeholder management. She is also known for her strong analytical approach and ability to align sales, marketing and operations teams towards common business goals.

Over the years, Aditi has received several recognitions for her contribution to revenue management excellence, including the APEC Elite Award Global and Continent 2024-Special Achievement RM Leader of the Year and the APEC President’s Circle 2023-Revenue Management. Aditi holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition, Bhopal, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from Apollo Medvarsity, Bengaluru.
With her extensive experience in luxury hospitality and revenue strategy, Aditi’s appointment will further strengthen the commercial leadership at Raffles Udaipur and support the resort’s sustained success and market leadership.
