Guests can savour signature dishes including an assortment of Litti Chokha with chef’s special varieties of chokha, the iconic Mutton Champaran, tender Bihari Kebabs, Jhalmuri, Sattu Paratha with Baingan Bharta and a refreshing welcome drink prepared using nutrient-rich sattu flour.
