Bengaluru : Shangri-La Bengaluru is pleased to announce the appointment of G. Praveen Babu as Executive Housekeeper. Bringing over 19 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Praveen has a strong foundation in housekeeping operations, guest service excellence and team leadership. In his new role, he will oversee all housekeeping functions, further strengthening the hotel’s commitment to high standards and operational efficiency.
Praveen’s career spans leading hospitality brands across India and internationally, with key roles at ITC Hotels, Rosetta by Ferns, Radisson Blu, Marriott International and The Oberoi Group. Over the years, he has built expertise in managing large-scale housekeeping operations, implementing quality standards and training teams to deliver consistent guest satisfaction. His experience also includes driving cost control measures and enhancing operational processes.
In his role as Executive Housekeeper, Praveen will focus on further enhancing operational excellence across the hotel, enhancing service standards and creating a seamless and elevated guest experience through attention to detail and efficient team management.
