With a distinguished career in luxury hospitality, Raman brings a wealth of operational expertise and a strong background in Food & Beverage and guest experience. In his new role, he will oversee key operational functions, further enhancing the hotel’s service excellence and overall performance.
Raman’s hospitality journey spans across India, the UAE, Canada, and the United States, reflecting his strong international exposure and cross-cultural leadership capabilities. Over the years, he has held key leadership positions with renowned hospitality brands including Taj, The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Burj Al Arab, and W. His global experience, combined with his expertise in F&B, has enabled him to lead large-scale operations, elevate guest journeys, and build high-performing teams across diverse markets.
In his role as Resident Manager, Raman will focus on strengthening operational effectiveness, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution across departments, while continuing to elevate the overall guest experience.
