New Delhi : Signature Global, one of India’s leading real estate developers, today said it has awarded construction contract worth Rs 920 crore to two renowned companies for its premium housing project ‘Sarvam at DXP Estate’, located in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.
The contracts have been awarded to two reputed construction firms; KEC International Limited (KEC) for INR 460 crore and NCC Limited for INR 460 crore, to ensure world-class execution of this landmark development. KEC International Limited will construct 6 residential towers within 36 months, while NCC Limited will construct 5 residential towers within the same timeframe. Together, these 11 towers will comprise 1,798 residential units, with a development area of approximately 5 million sq. ft. The construction work is expected to commence by the end of the third quarter of FY27.
