Bengaluru : Snabbit, India’s leading quick home services platform , today announced the appointment of Pradeep Yadav as Head of Operations, as the company continues to strengthen its leadership team and build for its next phase of growth.
Pradeep brings 15 years of experience across supply chain, operations and consumer internet businesses. Before joining Snabbit, he was Cofounder of Klydo, a quick fashion commerce platform, and previously held leadership roles at Udaan and Flipkart. He is an alumnus of the IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi. At Snabbit, he will lead operations, focusing on strengthening execution, building scalable operating systems and ensuring reliable fulfilment as the company expands.
Pradeep succeeds Vikas Choudhary, who has led Snabbit’s operations through a period of significant growth over the past 18 months. Under Vikas’ leadership, Snabbit built and scaled its operating engine as the company expanded rapidly across markets and served a growing base of customers and Experts. Vikas will now take on a new mandate within Snabbit, leading the company’s new businesses and driving innovation across emerging opportunities.
Building for the next phase
Snabbit has scaled rapidly as demand for quick, reliable and on-demand home services continues to grow. The company has crossed 1 crore lifetime jobs, recently surpassed 1.15 lakh jobs in a single day, and is now present across 5 cities including Mumbai Metropolitan Region (Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane), Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad), Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru and 150+ micromarkets. This scale reflects the growing adoption of its quick-service model and the increasing breadth of its operating network.
“Vikas has played an instrumental role in building Snabbit’s operating foundation over the last 18 months and his contribution to taking this organisation from zero to one has been immense. As we enter our next phase, I look forward to working closely with Vikas as he brings the same entrepreneurial energy to building new businesses and identifying the next set of opportunities for Snabbit.” said Aayush Agarwal, Founder and CEO, Snabbit.
He further added “I am equally delighted to welcome Pradeep to Snabbit at an important juncture in our journey. As we scale from over one lakh jobs a day towards our ambition of serving a million households every day, the complexity and responsibility of our operations will increase significantly. Pradeep brings a rare combination of experience in building and scaling supply chains through different phases, along with the perspective of having been a founder himself. His experience, judgement and entrepreneurial mindset will be invaluable as we build an institution capable of operating at truly significant scale.”
Speaking about his new role, Pradeep Yadav, Head of Operations, Snabbit, said “Snabbit is disrupting home services, and the pace at which the business has scaled makes Snabbit an exciting place to be. Having spent more than a decade building and scaling operations across high-growth businesses, I see a significant opportunity to build an operating engine that can match the ambition of the company. I look forward to strengthen execution and build for scale, while delighting customers with a reliable and high quality experience.”
“Building and scaling Snabbit’s operations has been one of the most rewarding phases of my journey. We have built the function at an extraordinary pace, while constantly evolving the systems needed to support a rapidly growing business. At Snabbit, operations are ultimately about building trust for customers and every Expert who powers the platform,” said Vikas Choudhary, Snabbit. “As I move into a new role, I am excited to take on new set of challenges and continue supporting Pradeep during the transition phase.”
The leadership transition comes as Snabbit continues to invest in its people, technology and infrastructure to support expansion across India. The company remains focused on building a reliable, tech-enabled operating layer for everyday home services and driving the shift from fragmented, offline supply towards a more structured and organised ecosystem.
