New Delhi: The Special Cell of Delhi Police has busted an international narcotics drug cartel. According to the police, three Africa-based illegal drug traffickers have been arrested in the case. Over eight kilograms of methamphetamine, worth 30 crore rupees in the international market, were also recovered.
