Mumbai : SportVot, a sports production and streaming technology company, has partnered with the Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI) as the Exclusive Live Production, Streaming and Distribution Partner for the 52nd Junior National Men’s Kabaddi Championship, scheduled to take place from November 1-4, 2026, in Bihar. The championship is organised by the Bihar State Kabaddi Association, affiliated with AKFI.
Bringing together 26 state and association teams from across India, the championship is one of the key competitions on the junior national kabaddi calendar. Recognised as a marquee selection tournament, it provides a competitive platform for emerging players to showcase their abilities and make their mark at the national level.
The upcoming edition follows a competitive previous championship in which the Sports Authority of India (SAI) defeated Uttar Pradesh to claim the title. With teams representing different states and associations competing over four days, the tournament is set to feature some of the country’s most promising young kabaddi talent.
The championship is expected to feature a strong mix of players with Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) experience and young talents who have already represented India at the U18 level. Among the notable names are Anuj Chaudhary, who has represented India at the U18 level and is associated with Patna Pirates, Manprit Birwal of Bengal Warriorz, and Shridhar Kadam of Gujarat Giants.
Also among the promising talents to watch is Prasad Dighole, who has represented India’s U18 kabaddi team. With players bringing experience from professional franchises and international age-group competitions, the championship promises a competitive platform for the next generation of Indian kabaddi talent to showcase their abilities and strengthen their prospects at the senior level.
As the exclusive production, streaming, and distribution partner, SportVot will oversee the complete live coverage of the championship, from on-ground capture and production to digital streaming and distribution. All matches will be available live on the SportVot OTT platform, accessible through the SportVot app on Android and iOS smartphones, as well as connected TVs via Android TV and Amazon Fire TV devices. This multi-device availability will allow kabaddi fans, families, and sporting communities across the country to follow the championship live, whether on their mobile screens or televisions.
The partnership with AKFI further strengthens SportVot’s growing involvement in national-level sporting competitions, combining its live production capabilities with its expanding OTT and distribution ecosystem to bring competitive sporting events to wider audiences.
Shubhangi Gupta, Co-founder & CMO, SportVot, said, “Kabaddi has a unique energy, especially at the junior national level, where every raid, tackle, and point can make a difference to a young player’s career. What makes this championship particularly exciting is the opportunity to watch emerging talent compete alongside players who have already experienced the Pro Kabaddi League. We’re delighted to partner with AKFI and work alongside the Bihar Kabaddi Association to bring this competition to fans across the country, making it possible for them to follow every match live, whether on their phones or television screens.”
The 52nd Junior National Men’s Kabaddi Championship will take place from November 1-4, 2026, in Bihar, with all matches streaming live exclusively on SportVot across mobile and connected TV platforms.
