Bengaluru : Table Space, one of India’s largest* providers of enterprise-grade managed office solutions, today announced the appointment of Naveen Raina as Chief Operating Officer (COO), DESYN, its integrated enterprise Design & Build platform.
The appointment is intended to strengthen the next phase of growth for DESYN as Table Space builds the vertical into a scaled, national Design & Build business serving large enterprises and Global Capability Centres across India.
As COO, Raina will have end-to-end responsibility for the DESYN business, spanning P&L, business growth, client relationships, commercial governance and project delivery. He will also lead the development of DESYN’s operating model and organisation across its design, commercial, project and regional teams.
Enterprise workplace delivery in India is evolving rapidly. As organisations expand across cities and undertake increasingly complex workplace programmes, the traditional model of managing separate design, engineering, project management and construction partners is giving way to integrated models that offer accountability, cost visibility and execution certainty.
DESYN has been built around this shift. Combining workplace strategy, design and turnkey delivery with Table Space’s experience of building and operating enterprise workplaces, the platform is designed to give organisations consistency and predictability as they scale across locations.
Raina brings extensive experience building and scaling real estate businesses. At Savills India, as Managing Director for Pune, he grew the company’s business in Pune from a two-person team into an organisation of more than 150 professionals, with revenue increasing nearly 40-fold during his tenure. Earlier at JLL, he built the company’s India Retail business and subsequently held leadership responsibilities across Project Management and Design & Build businesses in West and North India.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR.
