TBX Launches B2B Bill Payments on TrustHub Through NBBL’s Bharat Connect for Business

Mumbai: TBX (formerly TransBnk), a corporate banking infrastructure company, has launched its B2B Bill Payments capability on TrustHub through NBBL’s Bharat Connect for Business, enabling businesses to manage B2B bill payment and invoice journeys through an interoperable platform. The capability was launched at Global Fintech Fest (GFF) 2026 in Mumbai.

The integration connects TBX TrustHub with NBBL’s Bharat Connect for Business platform, supporting both buyers and sellers across the B2B ecosystem. Sellers, including manufacturers, distributors and service providers, can use the platform to present invoices and receive payments, while buyers such as retailers, dealers, enterprises and other business customers can discover invoices, make payments and track transaction status.

The platform is designed for businesses across manufacturing, distribution, retail, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, automotive, education and other sectors with recurring B2B payment requirements. It can support businesses managing high volumes of supplier or distributor payments, recurring invoices and transactions across multiple counterparties.

As part of the integration, TBX TrustHub operates as a Participating Agent Institution (P-AI) within the Bharat Connect for Business ecosystem and has direct technology integration with NBBL. IDFC FIRST Bank acts as the Sponsor Operating Unit, bringing together the payment infrastructure, technology layer and banking infrastructure required to support the B2B payment journey.

Vaibhav Tambe, Co-Founder & CEO, TBX, said, “B2B payments sit at the centre of everyday commercial activity, connecting buyers, sellers, invoices and financial institutions. With B2B Bill Payments on TrustHub, we are bringing these interactions into the corporate banking environment and making it easier for businesses to manage their invoice and payment journeys through a single platform. This capability strengthens our focus on building connected infrastructure that supports the evolving needs of businesses and their banking relationships.”

The launch expands TBX’s broader corporate banking infrastructure proposition through TrustHub, which provides businesses with capabilities across banking connectivity, treasury and liquidity management, payments, collections, reconciliation and other financial workflows. The addition of B2B Bill Payments extends the platform into commercial transactions that form part of day-to-day business operations.

Amar Bhartia, Global Product Head, TBX, said, “B2B payment journeys involve multiple participants and processes, and interoperability can play an important role in simplifying these interactions. Our collaboration with NBBL brings Bharat Connect for Business capabilities into TrustHub, giving businesses a digital environment to manage invoices, payments and related workflows. This is an important addition to the broader financial infrastructure we are building for businesses and financial institutions.”

The integration of Bharat Connect for Business into TrustHub marks another step in TBX’s efforts to build connected corporate banking infrastructure for enterprises and financial institutions. By bringing B2B bill payments into its platform, TBX aims to help businesses move from fragmented transaction processes towards a more unified environment for managing commercial and financial workflows.
