The Climate Pledge (TCP), co-founded by Amazon, has launched SUPEREV, India’s first unified mobile app designed to scale commercial EV adoption. Developed in partnership with Pulse Energy, the app brings together fleet operators, charging providers, vehicle manufacturers, financiers and renewable energy suppliers on a single platform.
SUPEREV connects users to more than 20,000 chargers across 85+ charge point operators, covering over 75% of India’s charging network. Fleet operators such as Blueline, Astranova and Athena are already onboarded, along with vehicle, financing and leasing partners. The app enables drivers to locate chargers, start sessions and pay via UPI across multiple networks, while fleet operators can lease or finance vehicles, request new charging locations and access verified renewable energy.

SUPEREV was developed to support JOULE, a joint initiative led by The Climate Pledge to accelerate zero-emission commercial mobility in India. Through the app, JOULE aggregates demand from fleet operators and provides greater visibility for infrastructure and service providers. The platform is also testing direct connections between commercial EV charging demand and renewable energy supply using the India Energy Stack, enabling farmers with surplus solar power to supply electricity for EV charging.
