This Father’s Day, Instamart turned one of India’s most beloved family truths into a real-world celebration. The quick commerce platform launched InstaDadZone at Navi Mumbai Airport, a dedicated lounge built for the dads who always, without exception, arrive hours before they need to.
The insight is as universal as it is affectionate: no matter the departure time, Dad is already at the gate. Instamart brought this everyday behaviour to life by transforming the wait into a reward. The InstaDadZone featured a relaxation booth complete with a massage chair, eye mask, neck pillow, chai, snacks, and entertainment, giving dads a chance to actually enjoy the extra hours they’ve been banking for years. The activation was conceptualised and executed in collaboration with the agency Havas Play.
The activation drew immediate warmth from travellers, many of whom recognised themselves or their fathers in the idea. One user playfully said, “This has everything your dad needs, a massive massage chair, a newspaper rack, a coffee setup, and premium gifts he’d secretly love but never buy” while another user added, “I mean Father’s Day will end but dads will keep being dads and they will always arrive 2-3 hours early so they deserve a nice spot to chill at”.
Extending the celebration beyond the airport, the platform has also curated a special Father’s Day assortment featuring thoughtful gifts, everyday favourites, and last-minute surprises that customers can get delivered in minutes.
