Haflong : Running of trains in Dima Hasao district of Assam has been suspended due to indefinite rail blokade called by Indigenous Students Forum and Indigenous Women’s Forum. The rail blockade which started from 05-00 am of 07.03.2019 is still continuing and as a result trains passing over that area had to either cancelled or short terminated,informed Pranav Jyoti Sharma, CPRO, N F Railway on Friday.
Details are given below:
- 01665 Habibganj – Agartala Express which left Habibganj on 06.03.2019 will be short terminated at Guwahati and will remain partially cancelled between Guwahati and Agartala.
- 01666 Agartala – Habibganj Express scheduled to leave from Agartala on 09.03.2019 will originate from Guwahati on 10.03.2019 instead of Agartala as per Time Table timings.
- 12504 Agartala – Bangalore Humsafar Express scheduled to leave from Agartala on 09.03.2019 will originate from Kamakhya instead of Agartala as per Time Table timings.
- 12507 Trivandrum – Silchar Aronai Express which left Trivandrum on 05.03.2019 will be short terminated at Lumding and will remain partially cancelled between Lumding and Silchar.
- 12508 Silchar – Trivandrum Aronai Express of 07.03.2019 has been further rescheduled to leave from Silchar at 09.00 hrs on 09.03.2019.
- 14019 Agartala – Anand Vihar Express of 07.03.2019 has been further rescheduled to leave from Agartala at 09.00 hrs on 09.03.2019.
- 13176 Silchar – Sealdah Kanchanjungha Express of 08.03.2019 will originate from Lumding and will remain partially cancelled between Lumding and Silchar.
- 55615 Guwahati – Silchar Fast passenger of 08.03.2019 has been cancelled.
