UP: Preparations for grand ‘Deepotsav’ underway in Ayodhya

In Uttar Pradesh, Preparations for a grand ‘Deepotsav’ are underway in Ayodhya. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will take part in the Deepotsav today evening. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also expected to participate in the event virtually. Doordarshan will broadcast live of the Deepotsava from Ayodhya. Around 10,000 volunteers including many students of Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University are busy in giving final touch to the arrangements. First time, the lamps will be lit at Shri Ram Janm Bhumi premises also.
 
 Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will light the lamps there and State Government has made the arrangements for every Ram Bhakt’s participation in this event virtually. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also expected to light a lamp in the Deepotsav virtually.
 
Many Deepotsavas are also being organized on the bank’s of holy rivers and ancient temples. Famous Devi Patan Shaktipeeth in Balrampur district will also witness a grand Deepotsav. it’s the place where many devotees from neighbouring country Nepal also come to take blessings of Goddess Durga. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya will take part in the Deepotsav programme on the banks of river Ganga in Shringverpur near Prayagraj .
