East Delhi : Mahila Pragatisheel Association (MPA) along with Bharat Vikas Parishad and Vivek Vihar RWA celebrated the all women 79th independence day and called for national unity and upliftment of women in the country .
Women from all walks of life including members of Bharat Vikas Parishad joined the celebrations in Vivek Vihar in East Delhi to listen to speeches, sing patriotic songs and celebrate the occasion.
Smt Usha Kiran ji addressed the gathering and explained the true meaning of Independence and she recalled the great sacrifices rendered by our forefathers for the Independence of the country and urged women to work for the development of the country
