New Delhi : Zigly Pet Care, India’s first omnichannel pet care brand, today announced the acquisition of Prolife Speciality Vet Clinic, managed by Dr. S. M. Gadge in Malad, Mumbai, further expanding its veterinary healthcare network and fast-tracking its strategy to build one of the most comprehensive pet care ecosystems in India. This is Zigly Pet Care’s third strategic acquisition as the company continues to expand its veterinary care network with existing practices and is expected to be operational 24×7 in the next nine to twelve months.
Operational since year 2000, the Prolife Speciality Vet Clinic has built a reputation for clinical excellence, advanced surgical capabilities and trusted veterinary care, treating close to 20K pets and reporting an ARR of INR 4.36 crore. Currently, the clinic is offering outpatient consultations, diagnostics, surgery, endoscopy, pathology and pharmacy services and will continue to operate with its existing team of veterinarians, a centre manager and experienced support staff, ensuring continuity of care for existing pet parents.

The addition of the Mumbai clinic will further expand Zigly Pet Care’s veterinary footprint in the city and strengthen its access to quality, specialised pet healthcare. This follows Zigly Pet Care’s earlier acquisitions of Small Animal Clinic & Surgical Centre in Khar West and Dr. Santa’s Pet Clinic, reflecting the company’s focus on expanding its network through partnerships with established veterinary practices. These acquisitions enable Zigly Pet Care to build a wider network of experienced veterinary professionals and bring specialised clinical expertise closer to pet parents across neighbourhoods. The expanded footprint will also help improve access to timely consultations, diagnostics and treatment, particularly for pets requiring ongoing or specialised care.
