Mumbai : Every summer in India arrives with a sense of anticipation, the return of mangoes. At Pardon Our French (POF) in Fort, this beloved seasonal ritual is transformed into an indulgent culinary experience.
Helmed by Chef Pooja Dhingra, the café unveils a limited-time mango menu that celebrates the richness of the Alphonso mango in its freshest, most expressive form. A menu created to honour a fruit so deeply woven into our culture, it showcases mangoes not as an afterthought, but as the hero – elevating familiar dishes into something vibrant, delicious, and distinctly summery.
The Menu Where Mango Takes Centre Stage :
Mango Matcha – A refreshing blend of earthy matcha and luscious Alphonso mango, finished with a light cold foam.
Mango Toast – Tangy sourdough topped with whipped ricotta, fresh mango salsa, and toasted walnuts for a sweet-savoury balance.
Mango Tres Leches – Soft sponge soaked in three milks, layered with fresh mango and biscoff crumbs.
Mango Passionfruit Cheesecake – A tropical, indulgent cheesecake combining sweet mango with tangy passionfruit.
Mango Granola Bowl – Creamy mango yogurt with crunchy cinnamon granola and fresh mango slice.
Mango Soft Serve – Salted vanilla soft serve topped with mango sauce, fresh mangoes, and toasted croissant crumbs.
This limited-edition menu will be available only for the duration of mango season, making it a fleeting celebration of one of our most cherished fruits – to capture the joy, nostalgia, and indulgence of summer in every bite.
