Bigg Boss 16 helps me relax, says Dr Pranav Kabra, who watches the show to de-stress

MUMBAI: While many people may find the Bigg Boss season 16 show on Colors Tv stressful and too noisy, for Dr Pranav Kabra of the Raksha Multispeciality Hospital at Malad in suburban Mumbai, the show is a means to de-stress and unwind.

“Watching Bigg Boss season 16 helps me relax. I watch it to de-stress and unwind. It is a great means to forget the complexities of life and just let go,” says Dr Kabra, who is a great fan of the show.

“We know that the fights and arguments are not real. We know the contestants are good friends behind the curtain. But the enthusiasm and make-believe that goes into the fights and squabbles is fantastic and it helps one forget one’s problems in life and business,” Dr Kabra opines.

Meanwhile, Bigg Boss 16 contestant Tina Datta howled and shed rivers of tears after the host Salman Khan asked her several questions and pulled her up.

Salman spoke to Tina and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary. Tina also said that she wanted to leave the show as she is blamed for everything.

On the other hand, Shalin Bhanot had a nervous breakdown and revealed a lot of show secrets on the camera much to the astonishment of viewers.
