Noida – Civitech Developers has announced that Civitech Strings, its premier residential project located in Sector 12, Greater Noida West, has reached its final phase of completion, with partial handover set to begin in 2026 for Towers A and B. Furthermore, the process to obtain the Occupancy Certificate (OC) has commenced, with necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs) currently being procured from the respective statutory authorities.
