Himachal Pradesh stumbling under severe cold weather conditionsas the temperature declined drastically due recent heavy snowfall and rain across the State. Major tourist places of the state witnessed minimum temperatures below freezing point.
Tribal Lahaul and Spiti’s administrative centre Keylong continue to be the coldest place in the state at minus 14 degrees Celsius. While at other places minimum temperature hovered between minus 4.8 degrees at Kufri and minus 2.4 degrees Celsius at Dalhousie.
