Recognising this gap, iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee has launched the Executive Certificate in Digital Transformation for Leaders with AI, a five-month, 100% live online programme designed for senior professionals who are expected to drive AI transformation across their organisations, not just understand it.
Unlike programmes that focus primarily on AI awareness or generic digital transformation frameworks, this programme is built around the decisions leaders actually face, from evaluating vendor proposals to designing enterprise roadmaps. GenAI and Agentic AI are covered in dedicated modules with the depth a leader needs: what these systems do, where they break down, and what responsible governance looks like in practice. No coding experience is required.

The curriculum is structured across seven pillars and 20 modules: Digital Transformation Foundations; AI, Data and Intelligent Systems (including dedicated modules on Generative AI and Enterprise LLMs, and on Agentic AI, how AI systems think, act, and are governed in the enterprise); Enterprise AI Transformation and Operating Models; AI Across Business Functions (marketing, finance, operations); People, Leadership and AI Investment; a choice of Industry Track (Track 1: AI in Traditional Sectors, covering BFSI, healthcare, insurance, government, infrastructure and energy; or Track 2: AI in Technology and Digital Business, covering tech, IT services, e-commerce, media, D2C and GCCs); and a Capstone Project.
A key differentiator of the programme is its emphasis on application over exposure. Participants work through five hands-on exercises spanning the curriculum, an AI Maturity & Readiness
Assessment, AI-First Business Model Design, Applied AI with Enterprise Tools, Human-AI Workflow Redesign, and an AI Transformation Roadmap & Business Case, before culminating in an Executive AI Transformation Capstone. In the capstone, participants build:

• An implementation approach
