New Delhi: Union Minister Prakash Javadekar has expressed happiness that India ranked in top 50 for the first time in the Global Innovation Index released by World Intellectual Property Organisation.
In a tweet, Mr Javadekar said that New India is becoming Innovative India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. India’s ranking rose to 48 in 2020 from 81 in 2015.
